Overview

No returns or exchanges without receipts.

In most cases,used or open box items purchased from Solid Grounds LLC and shipped from solidgroundsllc.net can be returned within 30 days of shipment.

Online Purchases

Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging.Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

In case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages please contact customer service prior to taking any actions.

Must have original receipt dated within 30 days of purchase for a refund.Credit will always be issued in the same method of payment for which they were paid for.

Shipping is only refunded if the item was shipped incorrectly,damaged or defective.

Please include the packaging list that came with your order in your return packaging.

Promotional and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for a return with the merchandise it was offered with in order for a return to be processed. Promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without prof of delivery.

Incorrect Items

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.Solid Grounds LLC dose not store items mistakenly sent to us.If you accidentally sent us the wrong item contact customer Solid Grounds customer service as soon as possible. Solid Grounds cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned,and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Solid Grounds LLC.

Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policy last 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase we cant offer you a full refund or exchange.

For the current Christmas season,most of the items purchased between October 1 and December 31 of the current year can be returned until January 31 the immediate following year.

Return Exemptions

Due to health and hygiene concerns we don’t accept returns on these items:

  • Items purchased on sale
  • Downloadable Software
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Specialty ordered items
  • Gift cards (except as required by law)

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected,we will notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved,then your refund will be processed,and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment,within 7 days.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a gift card will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased,or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later,we will send a refund to the giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product you should mail your product to PO Box 4095 Davenport,Iowa 52808. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund,the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live,the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items,you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
